MUSH-E Return and Refund Policy


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered incorrectly, is damaged, or defective.
  • The product is not as described or is incomplete.
  • Returns must be requested within five (5) working days from the date of delivery.
  • Only products purchased directly from MUSH-E STORE are eligible for return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in original packaging with all accessories and free gifts included.
  • A proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) must be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to MUSH-E’s error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

2. Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 2-3 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method:
    • Online Bank Transfer: Credited within 3-5 working days.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Items that are used, damaged (not due to MUSH-E), or missing components are not eligible for a refund.
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers/service tags will not qualify for returns or refunds.

 

 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Provide Details: Include photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.
  3. Pack Securely: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the product to the return address provided above.

4. Important Notes

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection to verify eligibility for a refund or exchange.
  • Data Loss: MUSH-E is not responsible for any data loss during the return or repair process. Please back up your data before returning devices.
  • Shipping Damage: MUSH-E is not liable for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
